WSOP.com's software is the platform's biggest weakness — and it's important to be honest about it. The desktop client is functional but looks and feels like it was designed around 2018. The lobby is cluttered, table graphics are basic, and customization options are limited compared to PokerStars or even BetMGM.

The mobile app (iOS and Android) has improved significantly in recent updates — it's usable for single-tabling cash games and registering for tournaments.
