Games are still very soft at micro-small stakes. Not 2007 soft obv but still plenty of money to be made.
I think it's very close. Would expect most fishy villains to open ship flushes and straights on the river with these stack sizes. Probably open shipping boats a good % too, maybe even A2s and KQ...

Preflop is questionable, turn I'd just put more money in, especially against a fish.
I mean, all-in must be the play here, unless you are really deep.
