Of course, it's +EV to 3b AK, when it's +EV to 3-bet any two. Your postflop calculation is very speculative. Doing maths is almost always a good training and helps understanding the game, though...

To add: A5s is better to 3-bet because it's the best of our bluffing hands as it can flop well.
AK is stronger with calling imo, so that we should put it into the 3-betting range.
I think this the best reasoning by your logic as to why we SHOULD be 3betting AK here...if we're inserting pure bluffs in our range what's the difference between A5s and 72o? None. ...
