Haven’t written here for a while so I thought I might as well do a quick November recap. November took kind of a nosedive after coming off  a strong October. I didn’t play a lot and ended up ~500 in the red. Meh. Hopefully I can crush December even though my results have been pretty bad thus far. I’m something like 250 in the red at the moment. I was just reviewing some hands that I played yesterday and found a hand where I was on SB w/A6o. It was 5-way, the blinds were 200/400. UTG+1 shoved. I was checking this hand out in SNGwiz and tried out different stuff. At one point I changed UTG+1 range. Almost exactly my thoughts: “Okay, wow, so if his range is tighter then my hand is even more of a fold… Dough!”. I really don’t get along with turbo STT . After a short experiment with the $6.50’s, I lost the entire profit I had made playing the $11 STT . It seems I had some difficulties adapting to the turbo structure. So I will just go back to the $11’s, where I feel more confortable.
I thought I might play in some micro stake MTT and low FPP buy-in tournaments such as the $1.10 $2000 guarantee and the 20fpp $1000 turbo tourny. WOW are they insane, especially the turbo. Over 6500 started the tourny and by first break only like 1700 were left, all-ins everywhere with everything. The $1.10 was better I just couldn’t get a hand to save my life. I will still be playing them here and there but I am probably going to focus more on the 45 man and less SnG’s.
