We've merged all of the DeucesCracked Rakeback logins with our system, so you no longer will use your DeucesCracked Rakeback login or password to login to anything. Whether you are logging in from http://www.deucescracked.com or http://rakeback.deucescracked.com, you should use your DeucesCracked.com login and password (aka the login and password you use to post on the forums, watch videos, etc.).

IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS LOGGING IN:

1) Clear your cookies on your browser.
2) Restart your browser.
3) Visit http://www.deucescracked.com and login (make sure the "Stay Signed In" box is checked).
4) Click the rakeback link or go to http://rakeback.deucescracked.com


Please post in here if you don't have any luck after following all of these steps.

Have you made sure that you are clearing your cookies as the first step? If so, I'll need to know what browser you are using and the URL you are visiting to login to rakeback.

I'm having the same log in issues as Actinolite. Ever since the site upgraded/expanded, I have not been able to log into my rakeback account. I have cleared all the cookies (just as you had suggested) before I attempted to log in. I am currently using mozilla foxfire.

Are you using your DeucesCracked login (deejay7781) and password to try to login? Both sites use the same login/PW now.

I am using the same log in info that I have used to access my rakeback account that I have always used.

I have tried the above method with Firefox 3.5.5 and Chrome 4.0.249.30
Clear all the cookies in both browsers

1. After login with my DC a/c form the main page, it sent me to the dashboard, http://www.deucescracked.com/dashboard
2. Then I click the rakeback link on top, which sent me to http://rakeback.deucescracked.com
3. In the rakeback page, it appears that I haven't login yet, so I tried to use both of my rakeback a/c details, and my main DC a/c details to login in the rakeback page, they all send me to the dashboard without saying any error, and if I try to access the rakeback page after they, it appears I am logged in at all

When you are logged into your DC account, you are now logged into your rakeback account. If you are logged into your DC account, click here:

Please make sure you use the following steps:

1) Clear all cookies. Close your browser.
2) Reopen your browser and visit http://www.deucescracked.com
3) Login to DeucesCracked using the username deejay7781 - make sure the "Stay Signed In" button is checked.
4) Click the Rakeback link at the top of the screen.

That should work for you -- let us know if you still have problems.

If you think it's a tracker or site sign up issue, fill out the support ticket form on the rakeback page and ask for the specific data or question.

I still can't access my rakeback a/c with the above steps, who should I contact with to resolve my problem?
