And this week has just wrapped up. Johnson's Max Contract has taken the cake this week, going 7-2, the only team to win more than 5 pts this week! Every other matchup was hotly contested, finishing either 5-4 or 4-4. Bringing up the rear is Ball don't lie, who remains in last place, but had a respectable 5-4 week to start climbing out of the gutter.
Get well soon D Rose!

Update - Rrumsey's team is now disqualified from contention due to nonpayment of fees. I have sent about 10 pms about it with nothing still received. The team "Rasheed Wallace" will be locked, meaning I will leave the lineups as they currently are for the remainder of the season. Prize pool is thus only $450 now.

wow, can't believe I snuck into the playoffs! my team was so ravaged by injuries this year it was ridiculous. here's a short list of my all-injury allstars
Derrick Rose - 1st pick, has missed 17 games
Stephen Curry - 2nd pick, Ankle issues all year, has missed like 30 games and out for season
Nene - 3rd pick, Has missed like 20 games, played 22 minutes a bunch of other games til I had to release his sorry ass
Andrew Bogut - 6th pick, season ending injury
good thing I struck gold drafting Ryan Anderson and making a few other good pickups lol. good luck to everyone in the playoffs!

Congratulations to Johnson's Max Contract for smoking the rest of us in the regular season. I hope your heater wears off if I can get through the first round.
I had a sweat just to make the playoffs too. Woulda been embarrassing if an inactive guy got in over me with all my line up setting and waiver wire perusing. I feel you on the injury front. I lost my second round pick in the first week for the season and it didn't get much better from there. Of all the guys I drafted, I only have three left due to injuries, trades, and busts. Of those three, two have missed significant time. My guys are basically a Frankenstein team of a buncha spare parts that none of the rest of you wanted. But it's the second season and anything can happen, right?

chuck vs nowhereman in epic semifinal!
in the other bracket we have injured reservists who are trying to upset No 1 seed johnsons max contract, who is looking to ride his recent Derrick Rose pickup gamble to the finals!

Too many injuries in the final week and I never had a chance. I'm not sure I would have had a chance if my guys were healthy. Congrats, nowhereman. I can't complain about second place considering how crappy I drafted.

Ok now that it's official - yay! I think everyone got crushed with injuries this season, I just happened to get fortunate with mine in the playoffs. I changed my team a lot in the last 3 weeks with the sole intention of taking out UGAnation in the finals, so I had to scramble a bit when I got there against zegota instead.
GG everyone - hopefully we can do it again next year in a more normal season!
