Once upon a time in the land of poker Ivey, Lederer, Harmen and many other poker professionals combined their bankrolls to form “the Corporation” to play against Andy Beal. It’s been said that Andy Beal had to form his own “Corporation” to play Joe The Pro.

From January 2004 to the UGEA Joe the pro did not play any poker at all because he wanted people’s skill level to catch up with him before he entered the game again. During this time JTP played millions of virtual hands against himself in his mind, the only opponent he felt worthy. Needless to say, even he wasn’t a big enough challenge for himself.

JTP offers his unique coaching course titled “be like Joe.” It is a intense, tough love, course that ranges from $6k-$12k depending on who you are (ie, Phil Ivey or Howard Lederer).
