I woke up at around 7am to go to the toilet and unfortunately 1 tiny thought about the idea of having band rehearsal today popped into my head. I was very excited by the idea of jamming in just a few hours and couldn't get back to sleep. I lay there for about 2 hours reciting the lyrics in my head.

Eventually I dozed off but it wasn't a very deep sleep as my sister soon awoke and put the washing machine on, had a shower, making phone calls etc.

I didn't have anything to do this morning (usually I have some coaching) so I decided to play a little. It went really well. I ran some nice bluffs and caught some out too. I'm definitely playing the best poker I've ever played at the moment. I'm not sure what it is but I'm thinking on a whole new level. I'm assigning ranges in every single spot and thinking about the most +EV play at all times instead of autopiloting. I've been watching a few of newman's vids of late. I think I'm going to watch the entire first series again as there is pretty much no new mid stakes FR content around (on any of the sites I have subs to).
