Some HU hands
Decided to load up some HU tables even though it's 4am, hoping to just play a short session rather than an epic 6hour+ one. Here's some evidence that the games are still very good.

So he had been taking this minbet donk line quite frequently in our match. I semi-bluff raised him the very first time with KTxxcc on a J84cc board and then barrelled an 8, which is pretty good because if he has a weak made hand or draw he can't really continue once the board pairs. He then did it again later and I double floated him, made aces up on the river and value raised but he folded, so I guess he thought his minbets were inducing lots of bluff raises and decided to "TAKE A STAND" this hand. That said, I'm probably not going to do it that light given that I have already been so active and am aware of my own image, so his decision just to keep calling here is pretty much level 1 fishy thinking. Then this happened not that many hands later:Â

Yeah not sure what's going on here in his head really. I guess he had top pair and an open ender? These hands aren't really that interesting to analyse because they just consist of me getting the nuts and value betting, but hopefully it will show you how winrates can be so massively high in PLO and how the games are so much better than NL. For example, it's pretty rare to just have players min-bet leading and then paying off 3 streets consistently with bottom pair when you're never bluffing, but the equivalent happens a lot in PLO.
