Writing!
As I told you guys in my introduction, I have a masters degree in creative writing. As a result, I still write poetry semi-regularly. Often times, I try to start little projects to keep me motivated. Right now my project is Zombies! I guess I’m pretty interested in popular culture and the way that its myths reflect the fears and struggles of the day. I also think that zombies can be a neat corollary to the worst parts of ourselves.
Anyway I’ve got some ideas for a loose structure, which involve multiple perspectives one of which is the 1st person perspective of a zombie. Maybe if you guys want, I’ll show you some of the stuff I write.
I’ve also been doing some research and have watched some cool zombie movies as well as read some zombie books. I recommend “Breathers: A Love Story†if you guys want a good read.
