Views from the Rail

I realize that I’ve been gone a while since my hawaii post. This stems from a couple of factors: 1. I’ve been a bit busier than usual with rugby and assorted minor life headaches and 2. I’ve also been hella lazy.

Never fear though! In an effort to post a bit more regularly, I’ve decided to set myself a goal of posting 2 times a week on different days. I’ve also decided to donate 100$ to charity for each missed day. To clarify: I can’t post 2 times on Sunday if I haven’t posted yet that weak and have it count as two posts. Hopefully this will incentivise a bit more procative approach to this blogging thing.

On a related (and more important) note: BigBadBabar and I have put together an idea that we hope will encourage a few other people to give to charity. We are loosely calling it “One for Charity” and the basic premise is to encourage fellow players to give 1% of their total winnings for the year to their favorite charity.
