"Writing like mad" = don't believe anything I ever say. I got cracked in the face by procrastination. Serious avoidance and self-loathing. Pity me.
I SAID PITY ME!!!
The shame was partly marked by a return to the online poker tables (see tomorrow's video). My first real session in ages wracked my soul with emotions I haven't felt in a long, long time. WHAT A RUSH!!! WHAT PAIN!!! HERO CALL YOU SAY?! WHY NOT!!!
I saw some cool shit this weekend:
GAME OF FUCKING THRONES BLACKWATER (S2 spoilers)
And I'm watching Vertigo today. And I'm writing. No more promises on when something will be done. But it will get done. I will be a super sad Jay if I don't finish prep writing and a first draft by June 29 (when I go to WSOP). I don't care if I don't sleep to get it done. Now I'm donning a hoodie. Because hoodies while grinding are righteous.
