Still getting in HIIT time (today was 8 intervals of 40 seconds with 80 seconds rest after each full interval), but itâ€™s been too hot to stick around much longer. No A/C in the gym of course. Still happy that Iâ€™m crunching in workouts where I can, even if I havenâ€™t lifted since Sunday. Hoping itâ€™ll cool down enough to lift by Friday â€” today is 102 in Seattle, which might actually be the hottest itâ€™s ever gotten here. Nutso.
