Too hot to lift
Still getting in HIIT time (today was 8 intervals of 40 seconds with 80 seconds rest after each full interval), but it’s been too hot to stick around much longer. No A/C in the gym of course. Still happy that I’m crunching in workouts where I can, even if I haven’t lifted since Sunday. Hoping it’ll cool down enough to lift by Friday — today is 102 in Seattle, which might actually be the hottest it’s ever gotten here. Nutso.
