Ask yourself these questions
What do you think is the difference between you and players who don’t tilt (or tilt less)?
How do you know when you should quit a session?
Describe how you feel/think/play when you are on tilt?
Describe how you feel/think/play when you are not on tilt?
Can you think of a time when you were on tilt and you managed to play yourself out of tilt?
Let’s say you were on tilt and kept playing how would you know if you weren’t on tilt anymore?
Describe your focus when you are playing your A game?
What do you think is a positive reaction/perspective with regards to facing a bad beat?

You want people to think about these themselves but withold from commenting? Or to comment on these right away? Or perhaps there's a punchline which you will give later, while still going through the process of answering these questions?
I'm confused :)

think about these questions for a day, then answer the day afterwards, this is because your subconscious mind will come up with better answers if you give it a good day to think about it.. :)
