Hey guys sorry about the quality. Robert had to use camstudio since his free trial with camtasia was over. Sometimes these things happen in mentors, king for a day, etc videos. Again sorry about the quality, hope you enjoy the content.

hey guys whats up I played in the vid and sorry about the quality but for a mentor vid when you are forced to use teamviewer it just one of the draw backs. And for the ppl playing these games currently i think we touched on some really important concepts so i think if you play these games its actually really beneficial.Sorry about the quality but i think there is some good content

Jesus people, stop whining. I read the comments before opening this one up and totally expected the video to be a wreck either visually or audibly. The audio was clean and the action was perfectly easy to follow (i.e. the bets and stacksizes, etc, were entirely legible). It wasn't super pretty like most of the videos on DC are, but come on.

Anyway, as far as the content goes, I'm actually very happy with it. I decided last nite that I was going to give headsup a serious go and that I might as well start at 50NL to get the hang of it. So the timing on this is perfect. The advice so far has seemed pretty solid. Thanks guys!

A question for the mentee (or anyone else with some input): You mentioned that you've been playing 50nl HU at stars mostly. Why? I play non-headsup at both and more and more at tilt for the rakeback. Are there serious differences in the player pool, etc?

TBH ijust have had a majority of my money on stars and been playing mid stakes mtts and its has just been convenient. I play less on ftp bc of that i think i have only put in like 14k hands on ftp or so. But idk i like both sites but my roll for cash is on stars and i play more mtts on ftp.but whatever site u u like better should be fine.

Here's the E-mail I got

Dear bosoxx34,

Due to increasing complaints of players occupying many tables alone, Full Tilt Poker will be introducing limitations on the number of heads-up cash games that a player can be sitting at while waiting for an opponent.

Effective immediately, a player is permitted to wait at only one table for each betting level and game type, and at most four tables in total.

For example, you may sit and wait for an opponent at $5-10 NL Hold'em, $5-10 PL Hold'em, $10-20 NL Hold'em, and $10-20 PL Hold'em, but you may not sit and wait at more than one table of any one type, and not more than four tables in total.

The limitations only apply to the practice of occupying many tables while waiting. If you are actively playing at a heads-up table, you may then begin waiting at another table of the same type. There is no restriction on the number of tables you may play (other than the normal limitations on active games).

This policy is intended to maintain the sportsmanlike conduct expected of all Full Tilt Poker players, as explained in the first point of the site terms:

http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/site-terms

We thank you for your cooperation on this necessary measure.

Heads-up cash game players are also reminded of the strict policy against using more than one account. The use of multiple accounts (to hide one's identity, or circumvent restrictions) is considered to be cheating, and can result in severe penalties, including permanent loss of all playing privileges.

If you have more than one account, and wish to have them merged into a single account without penalty, please contact support@fulltiltpoker.com immediately.

Thank you,

Full Tilt Poker

Wow, I'm not sure if I like the way they are implementing the rule, but I think it is better than having 4-5 guys each on 4-5 tables.

there is one small problem though: if someone's waiting on one table and playing on another one and his opponent sits out and leaves, he's all of a sudden waiting on two table. On 2p2 some guy complained he got his account frozen for 2 days, I think. In general the idea is certainly great.

In general (50NL - 200NL): do you think the games are tougher on FT or PS?

I think the games are generally tougher on FTP, but that's just my opinion.
