Another upside to shoving is that you'll be the chip leader if they fold and you can widen your range for shoving the next hand.
Skitz0frenik and RIGGED wrap up the series by reviewing a bit of RIGGED's new style as he's made adjustments of pushing more and wider throughout the tournaments.
skitz0frenik mentors a student in SNG play, teaching him to open up his game and get that loot.

Skitz0frenik & Rigged.. Really enjoyed the series! Hope to see more like this.
How does one get picked to be the student in a series?

i would honestly be just pushing here with 11 BB here a lot. how much of mistake do you think that is?
This has been a favorite series of mine.
Definitely gotten so much out of each episode it feels like four episodes isn't enough. Too much of a 3:1 ratio with the first three being explaining and going through all the adjustments and mapping them out and then just the one episode of really starting to see a huge difference. I feel like it would be really helpful to have another chance or two to see the shift in table dynamics with the bigger stack size as in the first three episodes most of the discussion involved RIGGED! having short to mid-sized stacks quite late.
And there is such a great dynamic between you both now. The pace and balance of questions and Wiz use is perfect.
It would also be great to get like a bonus episode of a four table live sweat so we can see all the range adjustments and everything that has been built upon playing out in real time and with a HUD up.
Really solid. Nice to see some application of the things being taught. 4 episodes is way too short. How about another one at the $6.50's and then a couple of Brian transitioning to the next level of tables. Like the idea of a 4 table sweat video as well. Good job, keep it up.

Would love to see a few more as well.
Glad you guys like the series and want more. I'll talk to the guys in charge but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a no, because they have to schedule everything well in advance. Will let you all know and will respond to your posts/questions tomorrow.
Thanks,
Doug
It looks like I'm going to move up to the $12's either today or tomorrow. So I'll have $12 games to look at
It's awesome how much you guys like the series. I could make one of those videos every week for the rest of my life. That's how much fun they are.

Glad you liked the series. I had an application thread in the forums in which I asked applicants to explain why they were the best choice. I will do the same for the next series so everyone has a shot.

It's not a HUGE mistake, but Wiz likes 99, AK, AQs+. The reason our range has to be so tight here is that there are three stacks behind us that cripple us, and the BB is calling 80-100%. Without antes shoving a midpair here is just too risky for the potential reward. Even if we give the opponents tight calling ranges 77 is still a bit too loose.

Very good series.. looking forward to more! Good luck all
Thanks guys, I've really enjoyed this series. I've definitely made a few adjustments to my game as result of the points discussed. In particular being more aggressive 5 and 6 handed in order to get to the bubble with a decent chip stack.
Where's this weeks vid??

I have watched the series and enjoyed it a lot. My question is about playing 16 tables at a time, how many monitors does Brian use for that and how can he possibly keep up with 16 games, he must have an incredible mind to keep up with 16 tables.

Brian is definitely a smart person and has a great mind. That said, all of us are CAPABLE of playing 16 tables at a time. Brian did not start out playing 16 tables, or even 4. He started out playing 1 table (Brian please don't correct me if I'm wrong because that will ruin my argument). But seriously, we all start out playing 1 table. To get to 16, we have to eventually move to 2. The biggest mistake players make is jumping up too many tables at once, instead of gradually, slowly, and sometimes painstakingly adding one at a time. 1 table is the foundation for all of us. Once we know we are crushing one table, we can add the next layer which is the second table.
This is actually a big jump even if it doesn't sound like it, as you're now concentrating on 100% more than what you just were. It should take at least a year or sometimes several more to SUCCESSFULLY play 16 tables. Some people never feel comfortable with more than 4 - that is totally FINE. You may very well be more profitable 4-tabling than someone who is 40-tabling and trying to impress their friends/earn rakeback.
Don't be intimidated by this and stay within your comfort zone. Basically, worry about yourself and your own game and when you are ready, add a table. Crush that amount of tables for a while, then add the next table.
Hope that isn't too much of a ramble and gives you a better idea of my thought process on the subject.
I am currently playing 6 tables comfortably and would like to move up to 8 with a single widescreen monitor. However, i have always felt more comfortable being able to follow each table in a tile style.
What I was wondering is how people set up their screens as they move up in their number of tables played.
I would appreciate any advice on the subject.

Hi Buck_Neket,
I personally set up my tables in a "four corners" fashion. I make a 2x2 grid and stack similar game types on top of each other in each of the corners. As much as you don't want to hear it, it really is a personal preference and no method is better than another!
