First; is this really the last? Didn't Baluga say there would be a special 9th? :-)

If you mean because of the audio being up-lolled in the one episode, I think he said it'd be a Ghost video or something like that?
Cool; look forward to anything; lol
I really liked this series concept where the video plays in the background, something happens in it and the relevant concept is then explored in depth ie it is not so much about the video in itself but instead more about a series of poker essays on various concepts, if that makes sense.

a big +1

Firstly, the concept of having an image that allows you to setmine 22 versus a BTN open because he will almost never fold to your c/r is very cool. I usually 3B/fold in this position but this video made me put some thought into the logic behind it.
Obviously we can profitably 3B any two versus an opponent who folds a lot pre or plays fit/fold post, but the times we are called, it seems postflop with 22 is little different to ATC apart from the 1 in 8 times we flop a set. It's going to be hard to get to showdown and win when we don't flop our set OR we are bluffing OOP with very little equity/chances of improving.
well, we often get to see 5 cards in a 3-bet pot with 22, so we actually have a little better than 1 in 8 (i.e. we bet flop he calls, turn goes check check, voila we see a river)
flopping a set is significant imo, but obv 22 isn't as good as 77 in that we'll win at showdown less often in general (though not that much less often).

Good point about seeing 5 cards.
I guess what I'm thinking about is - given that we don't have the necessary image to setmine by calling preflop - should 22 almost always a 3B in this spot (in the same way that the top of our value range is) or should we just be doing it against opponents who fold to a decent amount of 3Bets/can often be bluffed postflop. Impossible to say definitively i know.
is it just me or does this video end after 2:36?

You need a premium account to view the full version of the video. It looks as if you canceled your subscription earlier this month. Please go to My DC and then to Subscribe and choose a subscription option. If you have any questions about this please email: support@deucescracked.com or send me a PM, we'd like to keep the video threads for questions to the coaches, thanks.
At 42:05 we have QJs in SB and UTG a 25/21 good player I guess raises, and we fold - is this a good fold or do you play this hand OOP vs a good player?
Thanks for the series, it went fast
and of course it was great. Looking forward to extra vid and CT S3 ![]()
bonus vid still set to be released Andrew?

indeed it is, but its requiring some logistical coordination that's delaying it a little.
