hey steppin razor, try to make cliff notes in the bottom of your notes.
for example when you have something like
"checked down KJ on QJxxx
checked down AT on TJxxx "
just put in the bottom "doesn't valuebet second pair goodkickr"

it's way easier to read, especially in rush where you have just a 10 seconds time bank

good tip. Usually after I collect a few similar hands I try to do that, or review players in my DB I have decent notes on and streamline them, but I'm too lax in keeping up with it.

What about betting 5$ to get call for all his range and to induce?

I'm a believer that it's a call. I think most overs will have at least a BD draw to go with them, and won't always donk. So overs are not a super big part of their range and have ~38% against us.

I do think he's donking and then folding a lot, which Josh said was a reason the raise was okay, but you never know if the guy thinks it's a good barrel spot and will fire away.

A3 on the right:

I'm curious as to why you peg Timpieman as "weak tight" when you only have 25 hands on him, over which he's running 38/13, and your only note on him says "LF mp ~deep"?

Mainly because limp folding 125-150bb deep is more telling than the stats since it's a small sample. My notes do change as I play more hands with someone, and I almost certainly could've labeled him loose passive instead of weak. I tend to start out giving people more credit and then adjusting their color to looser as I notice them playing weaker hands or playing too many for it just to be run hot.
One thing I think people don't give enough credit to is extrapolating from some small bit of info. In this case, there's just no good reason for limp folding while 100+bbs and it means that he's playing weakish hands and isn't defending his limps. Like I said, I tend to start people out on the tight side and move them as I see more so he could be a different color, but either way the note was weak play.
