around 7m when you betfold TPTK AK on the JHeart river - I don't think you have to worry about getting exploited here (you say in the vid "you guys may say I might be getting exploited here... no no one ever ever bluffs here"). Fact is you are right at the bottom of your range - you have no bluffs to fold (the turn brings them all in), and AK is the bottom of your valuebetting range (not really any weaker aces in your range). So as long as you are calling 2-pairs here i think betfolding AK is correct and balanced.

Sup Nina?

Can you talk about the double barrel on the left? This is a spot where Im always torn between betting and c/f'ing. If we are c/f'ing with anything, this seems like a good hand to do it with, no?

it's a cf vs this guy in hindsight. A lot of people will peel these flops loosely, so I like a 2 barrel. Its pretty close though.

Nice video.

Early in the video, you flat your BB w/ JTo against Ageron's(sp?) open, and then you smooth call a KHeart TSpade 8Spade flop.

Against an unknown, I feel like I'm mostly 3betting JTo until I get a better idea of what his opening ranges are, and how he plays post-flop. As for post flop, what was your plan? Given the drawy board, it seems like an ideal flop to raise and get looked up lightly. We're you planning on raising most turns?

What are your defaults for 3Betting your BB vs. an unknown's SB open? How about versus a TAGish reg(Let's assume he's opening between 50-60%)?

Thanks

I map check/bet/fold to keys and then you don't have to move your mouse so much plus almost never have to click. Helps reduce tension on my arm and wrist.

Any merit to c/folding this flop since you expect to be up against an ace minimum?

Totally agree about not peeling AJ on that board. It's something I have been guilty of in my own game and have recently really reevaluated. All your points I would 2nd.

I think the problem with going for the CR on the river here is that the villian didn't cap pre which means you can discount some of the bigger pairs he may V bet with on the river. Also the Q is a bad card since it shouldn't hit his range and he will be more likely to check back smaller pairs. He may have raised an Ace on the flop as well. Those times he backdoored into a flush is gonna cost you as well.

I think giving the villian a chance to make a light call down is a better play.

I think we have enough outs with backdoor stuff.

I am an unknown on the forums, but I do watch a lot of videos, and have been enjoying this series.

However, it is just plain ignorant to be answering text messages while recording commentary. You are obviously distracted and the customer misses out on some insight, comments and analysis that you could provide if you had been paying full attention. Please turn your phone off.

And yes, I am an old guy.

Isn't very tight that 3b range?
