About Hand Readers Subscribe to

Ask any great No Limit player what his biggest strength is, and he’ll tell you it’s his ability to read hands. We hear the term “hand ranges” thrown around left, right and center. Why? Orange and terp explore the answer in this series, primarily focused on hand reading, equity distribution and balancing. A must watch for any micro or small stakes player.

Just wanted to say that this has been a fun series and I hope that you guys have enjoyed it. There are a few other concepts that we hand planned but never got to (probably because we expanded the turn play so much). Anyways, thanks all for watching and good luck at the tables.

I love the way you dug the AsTs hand out from the depths of HEM...Perhaps you have it framed on your wall or set as your desktop background?

I think this was a good series with a bunch of good information on a topic that must be hard to explain but it suffered a bit from inexperience. I think there was a lot of hemming and hawing and repeating things the other person just said and belaboring a point and that kind of thing. I think if you planned out what points you wanted to make better you could make them more succinctly and maybe get in another hand example in the time allotted.

As per my MO I didn't stay up to date with the series as it was being released, but in case you ever go back and read these comments I wanted you guys to know it was a really awesome series, definitely one of the most informative I've seen.

Wow very interesting series. I can't wait to apply this knowledge at the table. I used to see hand reading as something very instinctive but now I can actually add some more logic to the process.
