Hmm. I've listened to this on three computers and have never had an issue with it in any format. One with stock speakers on an iMac, one with some Klipsch speakers on a PC, and another with Sennheiser 280HD headphones.

I'd be really interested to hear (pun not intended) if anyone else is having this issue.

Edit: Just tried this on a more default setup (I have lots of tweaks I do to the audio on my computers as you can probably tell) and I see what you mean. I'm reproducing it to sound better across the board and will upload it as soon as it's done crunching. In addition I helped Josh with his mic settings so hopefully you'll be able to hear him better in future episodes.

You briefly mentioned how you use the 'Won $ saw flop' stat. Can you expand a bit upon this? I've added it to my heads up and I've noticed that bad players tend to have this quite high. My own is sitting at 43%, so now I'm worrying that I suck.

Can you explain again the part when your talking about playing against a player with big stake (and us) about the 3-bet pattern and raise the continuation bet.

in approximately the 15:00 to 18:00 window there's a seat open two to your left, which i'd think would be the best seat at the table: to the left of the 30/2 and to the right of two tight, unimaginative players. am i overrating this, or shouldn't you stand up and pounce on this seat at first opportunity?

WTF!? I'm sorry to sound like a jerk, I'm just frustrated, it's nothing personal. But, is says LIVE PLAY in the video description. I'm not going to have a HUD at the casino! I want to learn how to play without these tools that do all the work for you. I'm having a real hard time finding the videos I need on this site. It would be great if I was interested in playing online poker. However, I'm not. If there's any videos that you know of that deal with LIVE (casino), small stakes, no-limit, 6 Max-FR, Single table (I shouldn't have to even say that, but I'm going to anyway), then please point me in the right direction. I think that you misinterpreted the "live play" here. Live play just meant it was recorded while I was actually playing poker. There is a series, Poker with your Pants On, which is tailored toward live players. lmk if you have any issues finding it. You don't sound like a jerk. I do think it's important though that good NLHE play will win no matter what the environment. Live games are definitely different than online games, but the same concepts can be applied. If you play in a game with passive players, you can still learn to beat them by learning what it takes to beat the passive online players.

Thanks a lot. One thing I can say for sure is that everyone here is very eager to help. My only issue with getting the "online" videos are the HUD's. I understand that those are esential tools. However, as a person who desires to play live ring games, I want to watch videos without the HUD's so when these coaches are teaching, they're going through all the "at the moment decisions" based on their reads alone, not by an app that does a lot of the work for you. I think I'll be a better poker player once I have knowledge to tap into and apply. Kinda like learning how to multiply and divide before I use a calculator to do all the work for me.

Again, thank you very much. BTW... I started the Poker with your Pants On series, and I thought that it would be overwhelming since the video description labels it as "high stakes", but I'm not left in the dark. I'm keeping up with it rather nicely.
