It seems that you even have less equity with those 2 hands... Also, how do we become not exploitable on those flops- it seems that our opp has free range (no pun intended) to do what he likes to get us off a huge part of our holdings.

Yes QQ is practically the same hand. AA-KK are a little different as that puts more Qs in your opponents range, obviously, and you have to be sure what he will do with a draw on such a flop.

That board is going to hit a wide part of our range fairly strongly, most of the time so I would think any player taking a shot routinely would run into a wall. We did call the flop after all w/no intention of folding a brick.

not trying to roll you joe, haha, but QQ is by no means the same as QJ here. The key difference is that suddenly we beat KJ and AJ, two hands that he'd like pay off some money with. In fact QQ is significantly better than QJ. KK and AA may be slightly worse than QQ though due to equity considerations.
that said, vs many opponents calling the c/r and then folding the turn is perfectly legitimate with our weaker, 1-pair holdings. This is because people will rarely continue to bluff into us, especially on that T turn, because we can easily hold sets, straights, two pairs, turned trips or boats, or hands like overpairs or pair+draws that you guys rarely fold anyway.

What I meant is the turnspot where villain raised hero's delayed cbet. Of course it's pretty unlikely that he shows up with 5x all that often but it sounds like you completely excluded those hands from his range.
