If this hand was played in a ring game, and you're the villain, what do you think about a check raising the hero on that turn if the hero bets it? I find they're likely to fold against such a move in full ring, How would you like the villains play if he check raised in 6 max? If we're the villain, and the hero bets the turn, leave the check raise a tad bit smaller, so we can ship the river?

In general, I wouldn't expect to fold someone's value range out on the turn for betting the turn. This is simply because the guy with TT will expect the pf3bettor to double barrel with his value range most of the time, making his c/r range weak. Now, you might say, that would mean it'd be a great idea to c/r for value then, but even so , its still probably better to just bet (because people just check back too much on the turn).

Hello there,

My question is what if villain barrels a King on the turn. I understand if we decide to call this street we are ready to look them up again on pretty much most of rivers, which means paying the full 100BB stack with a "bluff catcher"...?

Would it change much if turn was an Ace? I suppose there are more combos to be afraid of with villain holding an Ace.

What do you do when you have a read his pre 3betting range is depolarized? 4bet-call off? Because I understand that that the concept behind 4betting vs depolized range is that he's now in an awkward spot w/ a lot of hands that have equity vs us, like KQ or AJ. But if we assume he doesent turn those into bluffs and don't have reads he shoves small pairs here is it ok to 4bet-fold?

sure, if he folds all small pairs and AQ, then we can 4b fold. A lot of people will ship, though.

4-betting with TT is definitely better than flatting vs a depolarized range.
