Immediately after watching the video I play the following hand. tShGsT is a reg. and 3bet less then pot, even though it is out of position I put my plan to work. (tShGsT was PTR 2011 Micro Stakes Omaha Player of the Year)

I'd just mash the flop instead of waiting until the board pairs. You are a bit short and I'm not sure your hand is good enough to just call with 9 outs.
