Besides a 9, aren't their other pairs Villain can take this line with? Like 77? JJ? QQ? Like OP said, I've been looked up with hands like A543ds no clubs or JJ55ss clubs if I bet $3ish.

You talk about 3 betting this hand pre-flop. This sounds good for the post flop advantages you explained but I would like to know how much consideration you make for the fact that he is UTG and should have a tight range? Is it different if we don't have an A blocker?

Also I assume that once we 3b if we get 4b we just get it in. (I think if we pot 3b that makes it 1.68 and we would have to get in an additional 4.90)

Villain has about 4$ left on the river, seems like a really easy all in if we decide to bluff which is like 2/3 pot and will get much fewer herocalls than betting like 1/3 pot.

I also don't think we should be 3betting a guy described as weak when he pots utg. I actually think AAxx makes a lot of sense here, yes we do have an ace but he did pot it pre. It's hard to tell with no preflop reads though.
