I am thinking of playing some $5 FR rush as a break from PLO...what would you say are sensible stats for FR rush and how do they compare with the standard starting hands systems in some of the DC beginners series....?

If you flat this flop here on table 1 would you look o raise if a 3 or 7 spikes the turn to represent a set with some added equity?

i check back a lot of AT AJ type hands here tho, so I don't see checking turn as putting our hand face up, as he will play his hand face up a lot by checking back with pocket pairs we beat and betting any aces or set he might have no?
