cool video.

IWG-you were talking about player stereotypes and how you don't talk much and all that as not to give away information. What do you do if/when that recreational player in the nice shoes engages you in conversation, or if someone straight up asks what you do for a living or even "do you play online?" do you ignore them, do you lie or what?

I just try as hard as I can to not talk about poker. When you think about it, that's all I ever do anyways, so why not take a break and ask this man how he made his fortune? I'm sure his story is much more interesting than mine.

As for the online question, it depends. I'll never lie though, that's not in my nature. Smile If I'm playing in a Bellagio 5k and I know everyone but one person, I won't really hesitate to say my screen name or anything just because I'm polite.

It all works in my favor though because no one really tries to talk to me at the tables. Smile

IWG- when i play live my observations at the table ppl look for any reason to call. They always say you did this so i called or said that so i called. The never say you did this so i folded. And its weird how ppl will tell you and for the most part i dont think they are good enough to level you by using this info.

knowing this and most are level 1 thinkers that i play vs live if i am bluffing i am quiet and still even more so than when i am betting for value. So how would you look to exploit these tendencies? Have you noticed that fish look for any reason to call?

In my opinion, if you think someone is looking for a reason to call, you shouldn't try to bluff them on multiple streets. Just widen your value-betting range an enormous amount and be aware of your image. They may be looking for reasons to call, but I think it is more important to recognize that fish do not want to be embarrassed. They don't want to look stupid when cards are flipped over. Lastly, they don't want to bust.

If you can run a 3-barrel and know it is extremely tough for your opponent to have more than one pair AND the 3rd bullet could bust them, then it doesn't matter how badly they want to call, they won't. Smile

For the record I don't think Luke and I have played at a live MTT table together.
