Nice vid, but actually looking forward to the next episode where you are going to talk about 4bets being called and 4bet pots.
I believe that one of the standard counteradjustment to a (wide) depolarized 3bet is to 4bet bluff and flat the dominating hands, but at the micros I really often see the people who 3bet depolarized ranges are willing to flat 4bets in and out of position (probably because they just cant fold a strong hand and don't believe my 4bet).

As for your exercises, opponent1 is not profitable to 4bet and opponent2 is profitable to 4bet (just simple math).
The last example I guess K2s is better, b/c K2s doesn't block villain's bluffs (don't think I even need to calculate). I actually made a thread on "negative" blocking effect which is what you called "blocking the bluffs" in your vid, but only one person seemed interested Smile Guess everyone knows this stuff!

Flatting strong hands vs players with high 3bet% depolarized ranges who cbet too much is a good adjustment. I think you always need to have good reads and a plan to be able to flat 3bets vs players, especially when out of position.

However consider the following opponent:
3bets too much, 3bets deploarized, doesn't fold to 4bets that much.
Vs this opponent I think it is better to 4bet nut hands because you will "cooler" a large amount of their range and get a lot of money in ahead. You can get a lot of money in good both pre and postflop here as opposed to just preflop.

To put it simply, if you have a good hand and your opponent is not going to fold then you can valuebet.

These sort of adjustments will be the topic of a future video.

Exercice 1
Against opponent 1
3bet combos = 120 / 5bet combos=56
-> Ev(4-bet bluff)=-2.53bb

Against opponent 2
3bet combos = 198/ 5bet combos=70
-> Ev(4-bet bluff)=1.60 bb
*********************************
Exercice 2
without blockers: 216 3-bet combos / 56 5-bet combos
with A2: 162 3-bet combos / 45 5-bet combos => EV(4-bet bluff)=4.36bb
with K2: 205 3-bet combos / 49 5-bet combos => EV(4-bet bluff)=5.78bb
