Hey guys-
I had meant to include a final lesson about how not to react when you win a big pot, but I had a HD failure and my computer was in the shop for a few days and I sort of dropped the ball. The final lesson about how not to act is here:

Thanks for everyone who watched. I promise I will retire the secret rabbit theme to my video series going forward.

Be careful. Steve Dannenmann might be calling your bunny a punk and telling everyone to stop buying your videos.

Gasp Grin

For those weren't born into the poker world until after 2005, I'm referring to:

At a final table with so much at stake, and with so many combustible
personalities, an explosion was foreseeable. What wasn't expected was who
would light the fuse. Bothered by Phil Hellmuth's constant toying with his
chips, and not stacking them in a conventional manner which allowed them to
be easily counted by opponents, Steve Dannenmann had enough and
insisted that Hellmuth cease his covert chip activities.

Hellmuth refused. That brought about a barrage of insults that made for
great television, but which certainly detracted from the jovial spirit which had
characterized the final table up to that point.

'I don't understand why you can't stack your chips like everyone else,' the
normally reserved Dannenmann declared. 'You are disrespecting the game.'

Still, Hellmuth refused to comply.

'I'm here playing as an amateur, and I know I'm up against professionals,'
Dannenmann said. 'You above everyone else should know the rules…..you
sell all those books and products. But you aren't a professional- you're a
punk!'

Coming from Matusow, the insult might have been expected. But delivered by
the normally soft-spoken Dannenmann, the words stung the crowd like diving
into a wasps' nest. Half of the audience had their mouths open in disbelief.
The other half were bent over in hysterical laughter.

Incredible series guys, it's really helped my understanding of the game so much.
Hope to see you do some more PLO stuff in the future. Maybe stuff on 3bet pots and playing from the blinds? Smile

In Rush $25, King high flush will often get checked back there. A river bet or raise HU is the nuts or a bluff, about 80/20 depending on Villain. On the other hand, lots of players will value call here, making it hard to bluff a player off of the King high flush, etc., which is great if you aren't bluffing!

So my assessment of the lower stakes games is correct? Because I did that for you guys.

Yeah, that's what I meant to say, I see exactly what you said in Rush $25.

Ooh, that'd be weird. Yea, I guess c/c is our only real option, though I'd expect to lose to QT pretty often.

i would have definitely bet that river for the reasons you both said, uber would not check any set at that point and he would most likely bet AJ because its only beaten by a set, and one would think a set raises either the flop or turn.

jahn's hand looks really weak, when uber checks if he had AJ im confident that he will bet himself for the same reason because there is no way uber would check a set.

you say you check because you cant think of a hand that could call but if you cant think of a hand that has you beat then you are freerolling, you do not have to go allin and i wouldnt go allin, i would go for like $150 on the river and just hope that uber makes a crying call with his most likely jacks up hand.

if either villian calls and beats me here then i would for one be incredibly shocked, but at least its extremely useful information. if you can rule out any chance of getting checkraised then i think a 1/3rd pot bet is going to get called when you win way more often then when its called and you lose, making it profitable. basically just give your opponents a chance to make a mistake but you let them off the hook by checking.

Thanks for the great video series! I learned a lot from it. I wonder why the last video suddenly ended slightly early. I like the fun pictures and video of the rabbit/bunny playing poker. I am interested in another hand history series please. Good luck, Yojimgari
