too bad there wasn't much action for your first sweat vid. esp for fr vids, might be a good idea to fast forward to the interesting hands like in jk3A's ghost ship vids 1 and 2.

enjoyed your classroom vids a lot. would like to see some play at tough 2-4 and 3-6 tables.

Agreed, I was really just trying to find anywhere to get an interesting hand. Was probably the most boring session i have ever played.

this is exactly the type of video i wanted to see from you.

too bad there were no interesting hands. fwiw i think it's standard for coaches to 6-8 table FR for live action videos. solid play and explanations regardless though.

Honestly, I think that 4-tables is best as it gives time to go into details and observe other hands. I know that it would be more work, but if you do want to show more action you could consider recording a couple of hours and fast-forward the quieter moments. You would have to leave discretionary pauses in your ramblings and record a little bit of voice afterwards, but it isn't that difficult. I'm sure someone from DC can show you how.

yeah i really like that more(I still like this video). I think Krantz did that in some HU videos when he was 3 tabling some reg. You can still keep in some game dynamic changing hands but maybe miss the 'standard' steal get 3bet and fold my trash type stuff.

Nice vid. Although you didn't have a lot of tuff spots, I like how you articulate your thoughts-straight forward and easy to understand.

Interesting how FR online at times play similar to some B&M games...thanks and looking forward to next vid.

How deep would you want to be to make this a call here against the blue player? What type of reads would you want about this opponent's post flop play in order to make the call given the shallower stack size?

I would probably want at least 130+bb, maybe even more. In general these looser/passive kind of opponents are only going to be 3betting for value and QTs doesnt play very well, even with position versus this range.

I would much rather have a hand like 67s or 88 because I would feel less committed to putting more money in post flop when I do make a pair (or have an under pair to the board).

What kind of dynamic do you think is best for flatting AK pre in this spot? Does that situation come up a lot?

I think there's some decent arguments for 3bet/folding value hands, but I've sort of been taught never to do it (ie: only 3bet a hand for value if you are comfortable stacking off with it)

On table 3 you folded A9 suited. Obviously you dont care for this hand in that position. My question is. What Ax suited would you open in that position. Is AJ suited good enough???

On the hand where you had AK off and you were 4bet. Givent that you have very little info on Villian. Do you think flatting is better in the long run in these types of situations given the small amount of info you have on villian. I have a freind who says he always 3bets with AK and I dont think you can just take a standard approach given the cards you're dealt.

Interesting point about SC. I play micros and I constantly see players call big raises with SC OOP. I generallly tend to think that micro players over value SC. It's nice that you commented on your opinion on that hand in that position. I saw the hand come up and I was wondering if you were going to mention it. Nice Job. Hey newmanmi, I noticed that you really find the flop check raise stat to be important. Why do you feel it is such an important stat to have on your hud?

Is it a stat you refer to before cbetting?
And doyou think the flop c/r stat can be used to put a rough range on villians Flop raise/turn raise... turn check raise stats... or do you feel these stats are very street/situation/and position based?

On 39:00 you cbet w 33 on A2A board. Don't you think that one of them can have a pocket pair and would they fold it to cbet?
