The concept of not overshoving for value vs a fish-I have noticed this is true at the micro stakes in 6max as well, however it is obv opponent specific (some opponents love to bluff catch and know you arn't bluffing when you bet like this). Also, interestingly, making this type of bet as a bluff will get a TON of respect from a weak-tight/TAG-fish type, or even a regular that hasn't seen you do it before as a bluff, because they will outlevel themselves into folding a marginal made hand and think you can't bluff like this (you would shove to look intimidating). In fact, I've used this technique vs fellow DC members whom I recognized at 25/50nl and gotten a ton of folds!

on the double paired board (KKh7h TT) would you barrel a ten of hearts, brining 3 to a flush? Seems possible this player would ch/C 2 streets with a flush draw, but it would also INCREASE your fold equity vs a weaker hand (since he also fears the flush). My guess is yes since you expected villain to occasionaly fold a small boat on this river.

+1 pace is fine. You think really fast but I can always rewind the vid and play it back again and again and again... At least I don't fall asleep in your vids.

first i did not want to watch your videos, because they are fullring. But then I saw your first video and it was really awesome. A little bit like the legendary unconventional wisdom series and it payed off just a few minutes later: I had aces and an aggrotard TAGfish did 3bet again. I called and the flop came QQx. First I was like easy 3streets c/c. But then I remembered your advise of nonstandart play against some TAGs. So I donked the flop half pot and got a insta jam from pocket sixes. Donking usually is not a big part of my game, but without your video I had not earned the 50bucks that easy. ^^

So I wanna thank you for helping me to break through the routines of ABC Poker. But why has the vid just 4 stars? I think your teaching and the presentation is outstanding and I really like onetabling/ replayer videos. So 5 big stars.

If the SPR is high enough that we'd be bet-folding the turn with this much equity (something I hate to do!), I often prefer to check-raise rather than bet out again (at least against opponents who are betting a wide range on the turn when checked to).

I think when the turn pairs the TP, people wont fold their marginal holdings that often and if they make a pair with a missed "draw" like 78 etc. they won't fold the river here, maybe 25 % they fold. Also I don't see him folding JJ or 99 because people just don't expect you to vbet 3 streets with JJ+ when the board pairs so they think "He either has Tx or nothing."

paired boards just ruin semibluffs/bluffs in my experience.

Why do you think he would fold KQ or AQ? I think he also has an idea of the weak part of his range that you might try to bluff and therefore will call KQ, AQ here like almost always.

And I have some headaches from thinking about this:

regarding this weak part: Isn't KQ basically the same hand for him (apart from the blockers) to bluffcatch with as JJ, 99, 77? I mean KQ loses to AQ, Tx, QQ+ and so do 77, 99 and JJ because you are not betting 3 streets with JJ obv. So if he calls with JJ he should call with 77 too. It's the same hand, right?

This is really confusing to me. You said you expect him to fold 88 on the turn but to call JJ.

really enjoyed the video, as said a bunch of times content and pace are very good you did a great job. glad to see you took some of the considerations from the first video into this one, great improvement looking forward to the rest of the series

In the three streets bluff with AKo that got called by 46 after your river shove, do you think that your small bets in the flop and turn showed weakness and that's why he didn't believe you? I still don't understand why you bet so small, I know it was your idea to shove the river but how do you know he thought about that? Wouldn't you bet bigger if you had AA, especially when the flush draw gets there?

Isnt it possible that Shr`ke could have a hand that like QQ or JJ a hand that beats 99, or maybe a hand that beats 44 i.e 55,66 and he is putting you on Ace high because of your image.
