This seems like a really easy call to me. I don't think this guy is checking the turn and the river with a straight and he's probably not going to be check-raising the river with a showdownable hand that's better than yours.
Also I think you calling the river in this spot is pretty likely to tilt him further when he is bluffing and getting away with a bluff will get him feeling good.

I still kinda agree with Chris saying that even though it makes no sense people show random 6s and Js a fair amount there, but out of non-sense making lines this one takes the cake Poke Tongue

At 7:1 I agree I should not consider folding for very long.
