Hi. I don't know if your still replying to posts in this video but I may as well ask anyhow just incase.
At 66:40 Pygmy holds Q9o in the SB and folds to a button limper. Is this a 'standard' play for you guys with hands of this strength in the SB as I pretty much always complete at the very least to button limpers with a hand like this and just assumed it was correct but it appeared to not be something worth questioning when Pygmy insta-folded it so I was just wondering if the bad outweighed the good in this situation.
Fwiw I'm a 50c/$1 player/loser and there tend to be quite a few dodgy players limping, among other things, in the games I play.
Thanks
Good series by the way and good job on getting from micros all the way to 3/6. GL.

I would generally play this 100% of the time in a 1/2 blind structure and I think the reason I folded is due to the Stars 1/3 blind structure. That said, I fully admit I don't fully understand exactly how hand ranges should shift in the Stars 3/6 and 5/10 games (which have 1/3 and 2/5 structures, respectively). I do know that generally I should fold more, and I guess I felt like Q9o was probably close.

Thanks for the reply.
Yeh I think folding more in general is something I need to get to grips with. It should help encourage more disciplined moves from me in general, I think I'm probably losing a fair amount at the moment just from lazy completions and having a partial fish mentality at times of just 'seeing a flop' and then 13 bets latter I realise my bottom pair backdoor flush draw wasn't something worth going apeship with against that loose passive just because I once saw him cap pre-f with A9o.
Yeh in general I think I need to be folding more hands I'm not happy with playing and putting in a lot more concentration with the ones I do choose. Up until I tilt.
