Clearly epic downswing.
Thats one handy filter indeed, thanks.

Yah I think it's a really good one. There are a lot of common lines - i mentioned check/raise bet/call check/call. pf 3bet, bet, bet/call, check/call. Check/raise/call for flop is a good one for the flop too (frequency of flop 3-bet for showdown, etc.)
If you think about these scenarios you can really make reviewing your play not tedious.
will there be an ipod version of this gem?
Chuck,
Excellent series. I definitely feel like your insights have helped to significantly improve my HULHE game. So I am forever grateful.
As far as your discussion of the KT hand, I don't really see how the decision to call there is very difficult, as there will be plenty of worse hands (worse Tx and all 5x) that villain will value bet. This is assuming we have a read that our villain does not check/raise all pairs on the flop. It would be a trickier spot if all you had was 5x or if you had 44 (which is more or less the same as A high).
I also think that while filtering has some value, these decisions are so opponent specific that nothing can replace good reads. Some players love to peel flops with all kinds of junk and then bet the river with any peeling hand if you check behind the turn. Other players expect you to call them when you check behind the turn, so they only bet their pairs for value. It usually does not take too many hands to classify your villain's playing style.
I find that against many midstakes players, it is often correct to check back the turn. The bad players simplpy never adjust by properly balancing their play , so you can really exploit their lack of understanding of poker theory on the river.
I'm having a problem with the mp4 version of this video. I am not sure whether it's a codec issue or a problem with the file itself, so I'll just describe what's happening. After I reach the 45:14 timestamp, the audio just goes away. Then when I skip back to earlier spots in the video, there's no audio there anymore either, which makes me think it's some software problem on my computer. However, this is the only video from DeucesCracked that I have noticed this problem with, all the other ones have worked fine for me so far...
Im getting a problem 47 minutes in where it starts randomly fast forwarding until the end of the video and the audio is scratched out. Hopefully you can fix this because I have been enjoying this series.
Has this video been replaced with a new version? I re-downloaded the video, and the audio is working all the way now. Thanks guys!

Yeah, I replaced it a few days ago, sorry for not posting (I thought I did!).

OMG.
I thought you were going to do your thing where you try to win the last hand of the series no matter what against DB. That would have been epic imo.
Just wanted to say thanks for a great series. It's been a huge help to my HU game (which has quickly become my main game), particularly the ability to extrapolate an opponent's tendencies from seemingly inconsequential hands. This was a fantastic series to watch after Mano a Mule, and I have high hopes that your HUNL series will be extremely helpful after watching the Pr1nnyraiding series.
