For the first time ever, you don't run hot! Still a great video, was your c/f with K5hh on J22 (rainbow, I think) standard? I am lazy check when, approximately 1/3 of the way through the video or so.
Danzasmack brings us back for some more live actions - this time vs. 2 different opponents.
¡Olè! Danzasmack introduces you to his style of Heads Up Poker. He'll cover things from short buy-in fish to tough opponents, tilt control, and sick 7 bet bluffs that work!

Sounds like it wasn't. Sorry, I talk too fast.
I esp. like the "see if he will desparation bluff on the river" play (just before 5min mark). That's a good way to get a feel for your opponent's bluffing frequencies, and I think is worth the bet you might lose. Super valuable move early in a match.
What about doing it with more marginal hands instead though? He's such a SD monkey, I'd prefer to try this play with weaker hands. Turn value check.
Awesome!!! more HULHE vids!!!
any chances of HU sng vids? that would be beneficial as i like to play sngs too.

Hey Chuck. Killer series. I know this is an old one, but can you (or anyone) explain to me the merit of this play? You said you're turning your pair of jacks into a bluff here. What better hands do you think will fold to your c/r? You said you wanted to see what he's value-betting, but how is it better than just check/calling?
10-1 on a bluff there basically as I was not folding with the backdoor spades coming up on the turn, so I check/raised over check/calling to possibly get him to make a "big" fold with a Q or weak 2 pair. This has certainly worked for me before. Against a lot of people who are making thin value bets with the intention of bet folding, on a scare card like the 9 check/raising has to be better.
Of course, against tough aggro opponents with an aggro image I would wait for the bottom of my range here.
Sickness. Thanks!
I was watching along, taking notes, saw that and realized how amazing I'm not. Recognizing spots like this in game speed is where I'm working to get to.
