Rochambeau strategy would be cool.

this this this please.
this video was pretty interesting, but why play a -ev game? but maybe it really is fun. About how much in ev are you losing when you play these 5$ tables with this technique (without increasing sizes)in an hour?

Well .4% house edge so for every $100 wagered house earns 40¢. I guess you could wager 150 bets an hour (~5 per come x2, 3 passline for 13 bets/cycle 10-15 cyles/hr) under this strategy so depending on speed of the action and how many "points" you hit so maybe $3 an hour? Assuming my math/assumptions are reasonable anyway.

It's a +EV game if having a kickass time throwing dice gets you off life tilt and you play awesome when you get back to the poker tables, right? Like making a -EV bet on the turn to set up a more +EV bet on the river...........

It is a -EV game, but it's fun! I really only play once in a while and am not trying to turn anyone into a craps degen. This video is for those that wanted to play but didn't know how.

Down on the Farm will resume next season and yup, I'm from Rochester NY.

so maybe $3 an hour?

sound pretty reasonable. Having a good time at a casino for 3$/h is pretty good value. too bad I am not a gambler.

Well, there are no casinos in my country and I'm not quite a gambler, so I'll skip this one.

It does look like they have a great time... At least as good as going to the movies... or whatever.

Always said I'd never learn craps as I know I'll get sucked in. Sigh.

Poker is certainly gambling. It's gambling with an edge (hopefully).

@Bosoxx:

Is doing the 3-4-5 thing integral to the betting strategy? IE if you do NOT take odds on your point, and on your come line bets to the right amount... like you unfortunately had to in this video, are you fucking up your odds over the whole sequence and giving the house a higher edge?

Or does it not matter, as you said, some people in other places could take odds of like 100X or whatever, though you did say that was insane...

Sorry just saw this, it's pretty integral to the betting strategy just because those odds with the payouts are the truest bet you'll find in the casino. It's the main reason that the house edge is so low when betting like this. The only thing 2x odds does is give the house more of an edge, I believe it's like .6 but not sure.
