Another small point that indicates villain is likely bluffing here is that he's raising the super dry flop with BB left to act, which makes no sense if he has a hand that beats AA here (basically a set). His hand on this board is fairly invulnerable baring coolers like set over set. If he had a monster here he'd most likely call the flop to encourage as much action as possible.

yea this is a good point in terms of what might be theoretically correct, i would just point out that not many people at 25nl are going to be experts in theory, many just see set=raise or set=slowplay no matter what.

i hope everyone enjoys the video!

I disagree with you guys on the last hand - the turn seems like a ridiculously easy ship for me.

There are so many Tx, 5x, KsX, AsX combos that he is donkbet/calling on the turn, and c/f on the river. I know you mentioned keeping his bluffs in/letting him spazz out but this is just waaay overthinking it. He's a half stack, at $10nl who has just put 40% of his stack in and he probably isn't folding any pair or any draw on the turn. So ship ship ship for value imo.

Otherwise great video. Smile

i actually was thinking about this hand later on that night and i agree with you. on this particular board texture i think its best to just get the money in. i was having second thoughts during the video actually, and almost got rusty to cut that hand out but i thought i would clear it up here. if the board wasn't so incredibly draw heavy i would prefer a flat still.

sorry i didn't post sooner but my roommates threw a random crazy party last night and didn't have much time for posting on teh internetz. Smile

Wow, I got it right thenPoke Tongue but for maybe the wrong reasons perhaps. I guess the thing that really confused me about this hand was the range this guy would call off his stack with. Funny, I was thinking about this hand all saturday morning .

i think this is a cool format and probably ideal with coach + 3 students, maybe 4. guess if all of us had made it, it would have been a bit too much Smile

I'm still kinda in doubt whether shoving the river for value in the TJs hand is any good. I hardly ever see KJ/QJ calling there, so that leaves like 8 combos of AJ and 16 combos of KQ, and maybe some slowplayed high PP and the 6 combo's of 66 ..

I just think way more combos call like 1/2 pot.
