I guess you need a google account. We can overlook these things when our creative team is all already using google stuff nonstop. Still easily worth it though, and hopefully not too much trouble.

Click "Sign In", then on the right side under the sign in box is a link to "Create an account now". Go from there!

when the time comes for your next upgrade, play around with All Our Ideas, an open source tool that basically creates random heads up matches between ideas, which helps avoids the dynamic of popular ideas getting even more popular and less popular ideas being somewhat hidden.

Another account to use polling? Not good. We need our own poll.
My account is different on Google (with my full name). Don't want another Google account. Just a bit cumbersome.
Liked the idea initially! Tried to enter my 5/10 min math video idea (from a couple of weeks ago), but had to have a Google account logged-in.

You can still vote and submit ideas by creating a signature (for instance your DC SN) where your full name is not displayed. Click on "google moderator" icon on top left corner and fill the empty box on the top right. Piece of cake I think thats a great idea from the DC team to use a tool like that.
