So this is it? The first video of the new season?
What a coincidence I have the afternoon off.
I guess this means that I am going to brew myself a big cup of coffee before I lean back, relax, and watch this episode.
Thanks guys.
If they were handing out doctorates in poker analysis then these guys would get them. I would go out on a limb and say if you put all the HU content at DC together, watched and studied it, you would be pretty awesome. This video should be disected by any HU player and studied and re-studied and then revised, word by word, pokerstoving it.
...and my "HAHHAA! 1st" post was deleted, that's not cool! ;-(
omg i have to go out and cant watch it till tonight, sick beat!

I guess you're just not as dedicated as us others then...;-)
i downloaded the vid - but - i can only hear the audio while i see a blue screen ![]()
all other dc vids work
/€ strange - works now O.o
Very good video, can't wait for the rest of the season.
Really nice
Entertaining for sure.
Holy shit I am laughing my ass off at min35
So sick, this is going to be one awesome series
Good vid, and some really good stuff here. I'm looking forward to seeing more AK hands for sure! LOL
FWF: you said in the beggining that villain had not been 3betting much, so when he did 3bet when you had AKo is'nt it more likely that he might have a hand which he is going to call 4bet allin from you or 5bet over whaever size you decide to 4bet?
i have membership with cardrunners, leggopoker, stoxpoker, and deucescracked ..... I have to say that deucescracked is clearly the best (thanks guys)
what do you think about shoving that K74 instead of min 3 betting? IDK the amount of times he ships 87 and 56 or whatever, but seems like getting shoved on if he can handread or has a draw would not be fun
i have all those memberships as well and i agree, deucescracked is miles away the best coaching site on the net.
Great stuff and not because it's 300/600
just stop talking about DC on 2+2
Thank you. From the bottom om my heart, thank you.. FWF and KRANTZ is like Fucking AND Watching the game while the gf is totally cool with it and asking me if I need a backrub afterwards.
Exciting stuff. Had to rewind frequently because the commentary rolls at a sick fast pace.
Looking forward to the rest of the series.
FWF what do you think about checking the turn on the AK hand when the board pairs (a second deuce peeled off on the turn).
If Villains range is some mediocre pair then he loses 3 of his outs and basically has 2 outs to beat you (the time he holds a pckt and the times he holds a weaker pair on the board). I think if you checked the turn and fired the river, you would be more likely to get paid off because it looks bluffier, any thoughts on that?
do guys actually keep winnings on each other , or do you ship it back to each other at the end of the video ??
Fantastic episode! Two brilliant poker minds

I love you
Fun watch. You guys have a good rapport which makes the commentary flow very well. I especially liked the T5s rebluff, very nice.
awesome stuff.
5s 10s...'nuf said? Incredible video, high quality stuff...I love it, thanks a lot guys.

LMAO, so true
hey guys, sorry for the lack of response on my part but i've been mad busy lately and want to rewatch these videos before i comment on them. krantz and i made these a few months ago and the match was a while ago so i don't want to be commenting on hands without a solid feel for the flow of the match. probably sometime next week i'll try answering all these questions (and the ones in ep 2 as well ldo)

me too!
this was fun to watch, a nice break from games of my own limit

i'd like to be able to barrel this board in the future and i think that the loss of a bet against worse top-pair hands plus the fact that he might get paranoid thinking my barreling range is really polarized kind of dictates a bet

the match had not been playing so crazily post-flop that i thought exposing myself to a megahero re-rebluff was that big of a factor.
"it was only an $8,000 pot"
<3 fwf
Tie 53 = Lars Luzak or was that a false rumor?
hey, just started watching this series. hopefully u guys still respond to old ones.....(think i posted in an old krantz thread or something, too, but didnt check back to see if he responded).
curious about the hand 30 min in, where u slightly over jam the turn w/ AA on a J 4 3 2 board or something w/ two spades. He had T4s and called the turn bet. Obviously, his preflop play is really bad. What do u think about his turn call? U made it sound like he played this really badly, but his turn decision seems pretty close. I feel like i would get run over by aggro opponents if i always folded the turn here. I assume u would respond that u're just not doing this enough w/ AK, etc, to make his call okay?

he check backed the flop on that k8 hand vs you AJ. and during your 68 hand you were saying how you didn't think he was capable of doing such a similar move? Just curious about your insight about this particular situation?
