That isn't entirely accurate. SPR is simply a tool to judge how big the pot is; a quick snapshot of the size of the pot. It can help you do more than just decide whether you are committed or not. In games where hands are based more around stealing(like what you're suggesting... nitty players by definition play too tight so you're strategy should be to steal pots) then it can help you manipulate the pot size such that you can put your opponents to commitment decisions.

For example, if the SPR is 4 and you want to make a 3-barrel bluff you can quickly figure out what bet sizes to use to set this up. You can use SPR to figure out quickly what bet sizes to use if you want to bet big the flop and pot-size shove the turn.

Oversight on my part. Thanks for pointing that out.

I loved the video and thought the content was great.

I would be interested in slightly trickier spots when you have hands like JJ/QQ on dryer boards or maybe AQ on Q high boards when you have flatted an UTG type raise.

Those are spots wher you feel you want to raise but feel a bit lost if they call or RR.

Also in your examples you faced a few small donk bets.

It used to mean weak hand but now I see even fish using it to trap me.
