$.50/$1 6 max with Joe Tall
Joe Tall uses his Game Creation Method (GCM) once again to start up a juicy 0.50/1 6max table. He ends up in some interesting spots as he has very limited data on his opponents and the reads change quickly.

I like this video a lot, and would love to see another one just like this or one level higher to get insight in a few more situations.

27:20 I'm sure you've already been mocked for it, but you had an OESD on the turn+odds. Love the vids anyway JT ;)
Joe, I'd like to hear your thought process on this hand:
~12:00
You have 66 in the SB.
A passive BTN open limps and you complete. Why did you complete rather than raise?
Flop K83 two tone (3 players)
You donk OOP into two opponents. What's your thinking behind this line?
I don't really have any questions about the rest of the hand, but in case it helps refresh your memory, you got HU with the BTN on the flop, the turn was a 4o that got checked through, the river was a Qo and you check/folded to the BTN.

We have a passive, non-folding button, I need not bloat the pot and make it correct for him to call. I need to crush him postflop.

Thats not a bad flop, I could clearly have the best hand, more often than not. I need not let the flop get checked through.
As for the rest, I dont know, I would think I would check/call a lot now a days. Must have been a moment to moment thing. This video is really old, btw.
Thanks for responding Joe. I know it's old, and I've actually watched it before - just reviewing some content. ![]()
