Leaving out 44,33 and 22 on purpose? Because I think, especially in live games, where there is less fold equity, 22 plays almost the same like 66, ie catching a set.

66 has more straightening value than 22-44. It is also more likely than the other hands to be the best hand on the flop (a rare case but not insignificant) which gives you a chance to play more streets and realize your equity.

If you get check/raised on this river, are you 3b or flatting? I'm assuming that people will c/r worse flushes enough that we can't fold.
When playing a hand like this, how worried are you that you'll be overflushed?

I would tend to call. You're right that I can easily be up against a worse flush, certainly often enough that we can't really consider folding. Although this is one of the rare spots where even a bad live player might be able to read my hand as a likely flush.
Truthfully the expert play might be to 3b/fold to a cap but I'm not sure.
I'm not too concerned about being overflushed in general - not enough to affect my PF decision. As far as post flop - I'd base that more off of the action and my reads on the players than a Bayesian analysis. e.g., clearly in this case I'm best.

It's tough to answer exactly, but definitely he should call liberally. Due to the 2/3 blind structure he's getting 11:1 (assuming BB and limpers call) and knows to not respect anyone's range in this situation.
He should happily call any pocket pair obviously. I think he should call pretty liberally with suited cards too - most anything with a degree of high card strength or connectivity. Any Kxs, maybe even Qxs, and all sort of middling trash like 85s. He should probably also call a bunch of connected offsuit stuff, like 98o.

I think I'd call more suited trash in the SB BBB situation than I'd open OTB. But I'd probably fold some of the weak high card offsuit hands in the SB that I'd open OTB at least some of the time (like weak Jxo). So while the percentages might be comparable I think the range composition would differ in some important ways.
