What would be your counterstrategy to a person who is check-raising your cbets a lot with a rather-depolarized range (Having some bluffs, but mainly depolarized)?
I would imagine that villain's calling range would become weakish and drawish, so you have to barrel with TPs and never potcontrol, or double-barreling a lot, depending on villain's turn tendencies.

here we cbet KQ on 862r board in a 3way pot and you say this is fairly standard, can you explain this? how often are we cbetting and how often are we checking?
i give up here a lot...but i might be more inclined to cbet in a 3 way pot because it looks stronger (against thinking players). is this reasoning correct? also in a HU pot oop i give up relatively frequently though in this spot vs a tough/aggressive opponent, is this too weak?

I don't know how to answer this in any way that doesn't basically say "it depends." I think you should be more likely to cbet hu. If you feel you are getting flatted too often, then you should be barreling more.
