The Qc 9c 9s 8c hand, looking back at stack sizes, I think it's definitely a bet/call.

On A877 hand vilains ranges my toughts:
he could have 66xx (unlikely but possible, i mean there was no point in raising flop, no worse hands will call + he has position; on turn even more so)
997x (even less likely, i can see this hand peeling flop, but he gotta fold the turn unless hes complete station)
K8xx (def possible)
689x (def possible i would say most likely as played)
And as for river play full pot means total air or close to the nuts KK/99/89 and K8. I doubt he full pot with underfull like 66. I would never expect to see the staight here as well. However at those stakes i found that villains more often have it than dont (i dont see many river full pot bluff's like this at those stakes), so read should be final factor in deciding if that was good fold.
PLO vids are always appreciated, but i was especially happy to see one in late night coaching series format.
I think this was long due. I def think theres no reason for LNC series to be NL only. PLO is such a complex game and this format where each and every decssion is analyzed and rewieved by 3 people is fitting very well. It lets you embrace core of the game. It is absolutely refreshing to get out of autopilot PLO grinding and start understanding once again logic behind that gut feeling most of us already have. One more thing that was amazing in this vid - Parlay's input. Very clearly explained complex ideas behind every decision. I would definately hire PLO coach like this, and i definately will be waiting for more vids from him.
5 stars!
Yeah, this is a great vid -- probably my favorite LNC yet, though I'm biased since I play PLO mostly when I play poker these days.
Thanks Sean, Dave, and Joe -- much
for this one IMO.

sick video.....parlay slow rules at plo
Sweet! I am playing a lot of PLO lately and I love more videos. I have such a backlog though - watching the whole 2x6 series, then there's Ms. PLO, and all the ghost videos, and now this one! I have downloaded it and will comment when I get to it for sure ![]()
Great video to improve my PLO game. It change with nuts or non nuts tought process. Really interesting!

I waited FOUR months to ask you that question and put you on the spot and you folded, imo.
This video was great to make, I love it. I am a obvious noob at PLO, but fck, I sure learned a ton in this, imo.
Thanks Dave and Sean for coming on the program!
hi,
great video with in depth discussions of several interesting hands.keep them coming parlay(the new videos of course
asteroid
In the 2nd hand where Orange rivers the 3rd nut full house and gets c/r'd full pot, how possible is it that this type of a passive player has a flopped set that gets there on the river? He could be playing a set of Kings or Queens carefully because he's afraid of JT. On the river, he might not necessarily think that he made a non-nut boat, but just that whew I have a full house now, I can beat your straight. You guys have referenced this type of a passive player is almost never bluffing or value raising JT himself, but haven't really said how often an underfull to Orange's could be a part of his range.
Really enjoyed this episode. I thought Parlay Slow was very good at explaining his thought process. Funny that I watch this the day after seeing him on ESPN. Joe, please more PLO, I know you mention at the end would be interested in doing a future episode like this if the feedback was good.
I really liked this video too. It's no wonder Joe keeps advertising this show, because it really seems to bring out top quality discussion.
Had to smile a bit when Sean comments on the last hand that in villain's shoes, he would probably want to continue trapping against a TAG, but would like a raise against a bad player who might ship it in with a worse hand. But I guess Dean mentioned being on a tilt at the moment. :-)
