I wish I could be, I coach a Legion team here during the summer so I can't get away. I may have to make a trip to Anaheim when the Sox play there just to hear about it.

It's all of the above. Different coach each time, so you'll see NL, LHE, PLO, O8, and lord only knows what else Joe has up his sleeve. That's what late night shows are all about. :)

is there any way we can make this a multi-season series? the format seems open-ended enough that I think it would work well.

I just wanted to jump on to thank Joe and Chuck for letting me participate in this. The whole process was a ton of fun - a bit humbling but definitely fun. If anyone out there is still on the fence about signing up with a coach all I can say is DO IT! Thanks again guys - Jay

It may go longer if the other episodes go off well. As for the stories, they are all true so far and the announcer is an old friend of mine from back East.

Joe, you might like this story. It's from an old roommate of my fiancée. The old roommate was from Boston and of course was a die hard Sox fan, as was his father.
So the dad and a close friend of his go to a Sox game. It's a close game with a lot of lead changes. In the end the visiting team squeaks out a win. The dejected fans file out of Fenway and the dad turns to his friend:
Dad: 'Well, at least it was a good game.'
*Friend punches the dad in the face.*
Friend (yelling): 'It's NEVER a good game unless the Sox win!'

Wow.
What a great video. Great content and I usually vastly prefer live videos. This is a great series and I hope to see some more limidonking ones. It really made me rethink a few spots and now I will be looking to avoid some marginal EV situations after some insightful analysis. Loved it.
