I like the discussions but I would just like to see you guys not pause the video for such long periods of times. Hour long video and we prob seen about 15min worth of hands played. I know its easier to talk about the hands when the video is paused but some of these spots and questions were pretty basic and standard. Might find more interesting spots if you seen more hands played. Don't want to sound negative cause i do like the series.

ya this is exactly how I feel, its just so painfully slow that I think if your going to take so long to talk about whether to 3 bet or call king jack maybe it should be in a replayer or a lower stakes video. I want to reitterate i dont want either of these things, Ansky is the man Id just like to see the pace kicked up a few notches

I love these videos and how you start discussing tangented situations that come up and their deep logic behind them. As opposed to what the first poster said i think the long pauses are great. Videos are merely there to inspire discussion about situations and you go into situations that no other video covers. A lot of out of the box thinking.

at 25:00 referring to the bottom left hand where you ended up ch/f 88 on 67AJA board. The hand where timothy and i_savvy got into a pot :
if you were timothy and you had 9c8c (as you say was a possible holding for his line which was donk/call flop, ch/c turn, ch/f river) how do you ever make a profit when you ch/c turn IF savvy were to bet something like full pot on the turn so like here if he bets 312 into 312? this is assuming that you ch/c the turn because you know that savvy always has a hand and you arent planning on bluffing any rivers.....you have 15 outs so you are about 31% to spike the river. So if you are never able to bluff river are you just looking to bomb the rivers that you hit and hope to get paid off? Im finding it hard to see how Ax will pay you off on enough rivers to ch/c a full pot bet on turn, but yet i see people do it over and over again....and i myself would probably ch/c too. any comment?

I pretty much agree. I would have much prefered a video like the one Ansky did with aejones.

I love Ansky, but can we please not have n0whereman in these videos? I feel like Ansky's videos have been a great addition to this site, but n0whereman really dumbs down the discussion. I don't mind having videos with dialogue in them, but at least give Ansky someone equal in skill to discuss the content with. I feel like most people who play 5/10+ don't need a 1/2 players perspective.
PS. Sorry if this came of as harsh, but this video was much worse than Ansky's prior videos.

I love this video and think the mix of a HS and MS player works really, really well as it makes the video more applicable for players of all standards. I guess for you 5/10 guys that's not great, but for the rest of us donks it is.

disagree with the negative comments towards n0whereman. i think many people would be asking some of the same questions he asked had they not been covered in the video. they probably dont need to be expounded upon so deeply but i like the "what would you have done if...." questions provided a quick answer can be given

hmm this was the first dc vid i had to watch with 2 breaks. i totally agree with the first posters. to good midstakes players the questions that n0whereman asks seem totally unnecessary. ansky seems to be (understandably) bored to explain the standard stuff over and over again... really just a vid for 12 tabling nl100sh/200sh players that never thought much about the game they play.

+1 nothing against n0whereman having been in his exact situation before, but many of the questions asked/answered are 'remedial' for a 5/10 video, like checking back the 77 or betting bottom pair with no equity to improve.
Just let dani flow.
I did get a smile from hearing the same Q that I asked back in 2008 get asked again in pretty much the exact same fashion though, haha
Looking forward to the next videos.

A riddle is a statement or question or phrase having a double or veiled meaning, put forth as a puzzle to be solved.
----Wikipedia
You just 3bet w/ air and showed, next hand you pick up AA otb, same guy opens, BB is squeeze happy, do you flat or do you three bet back to back?
It's hard to think of good riddles imo in fact that is the only one I will ever come up with. Thank you and good night.

I really think this format is GREAT. The first and second videos are my favorite on DC so far. I like that n0whereman asked some basic questions. I also absolutely LOVE how Ansky makes everything so easy to understand and simple. Great video!

Ansky seems pretty bored here, I typically enjoy Ansky's analysis, but having some play back and forth between the 2 people watching, ie the AEjones vids that he did for leggo was far better. Nothing against n0whereman but these discussion in these last 2 videos have been way too basic.
