We have no reason to think he is bluffing here, esp when diamonds gets there. Whe saw him bluff big before and now he is donking half pot. I can't see this call ever being correct here. Plus he calls OOP on almost every button open that he could have filled up easily

on table 2 why would we not raise or shove with the Full house?

AA-TT from this guy would have 3bet pre and 88-99 would have either led or C/R

Most of his range is weighted more towards a 6 or a 4 or a smaller PP when he bets this river (how combos of 7's does he have here?), and he definitely knows your capable of bluff shoving and we know he'll call down light. so why not shove or click it back?

I think you play not bad, but not so good to post this video.
