Poker Video: Limit Hold'Em by Joe Tall (Micro/Small Stakes)

Wow - what a great video. Joe, Chris, the play of both players and the commentary were all extremely impressive.

I always think it's pretty cool when anyone sits down to make a low limit video where, even if they crush the game, their hourly expectation is obviously significantly lower than if they were to use that time to play their normal game, coach, etc. But it's especially noteworthy when you sit down to a game that you probably both know is -EV just for the purpose of making an instructional video. And this is a great result.

It looks like FTP ended up raking $53 in a video that had ~55-56 minutes of play, so you basically both payed $30 an hour for the seat. I know that's not much money to either of you, but I think it's that sort of willingness to help members improve their games that separates DC from other training sites.

I was just re-watching this to learn more. My favorite comment from the video occurs at about the 54 minute mark:

Glad you enjoyed the vid, sick how high the rake is, eh? I have all sorts of silly statements (that ring true) like that.
