So this is your goodbye to poker, just throwing open the vault and giving it all away? If I played high stakes I would have to seriously consider taking a hit out on you. But since I don't play high stakes, thank you for making the best videos anywhere.

Amazingly detailed analysis. I loved it even though I don't play NL anymore. Its because of guys like FWF who make me feel stupid when they run me over. Now I get my jollies from value betting 3rd pair and stuff, no more losing sleep over folding top two.

I like this series a lot.

I am not convinced that the Qd4c hand on the 4d3dJhKsAs board early in the video is an easy call. I could see quite a few hands that villain (cocosbeen) could have that have us beat and would play it the same way. Excluding the big pocket pairs:

44: 1 combo
33: 3 combos
KJ: 9 combos
AK: 9 combos
AJ: 9 combos
Adxd: 9 combos

for a total of 40 combos

Excluding pure bluffs, the only hands we do beat are:

65suited: 4 combos
10d9d,10d8d,9d8d,9d7d,8d7d,8d6d,7d6d,7d5d: 8 combos

for a total of 12 combos.

So to me this looks like a fold or at least a very tough river decision unless we give villain a very large bluffing frequency.

AK and to some extent AJ/KJ are discounted based on the preflop play 9there had been lots of 3betting) and good Ace-high hands that have showdown value aren't check/raising anywhere near as often as draws that are looking to take it down. You're also giving villain way too few diamond combos, he probably doesn't only defnd 56s for example (people 200 deep don't only play 1-gapper suited). I also think it's important to note that if he's ever check/raising random junk then he fires these turn and rivers 100% of the time (or a ton anyway) because it's hard for us to have a good hand by the river. The read that he doesn't value bet thin but bluffs a lot (as noted in the beginning of the hand) is also a huge argument for the call.
