Hi,
I guess it's iPoker with Minimax Mod ( http://minimaxmod.com/ )
nephix
its ipoker. seems like betfred is the skin.
very nice. more ipoker vids pls.
FR content would be sweet as well.
This is the first 200bb min table video I've seen on any training site so far, more of these please.
I was really confused with the JJ river raise, I'm not quite sure if he was trying to bluff villain off something better or trying to make some sick soulread-valueraise. Nobody would ever fold any ace there, right?
Please don't stop being 'longwinded'. Your deep analysis are some of the best on DC =]
Please don't apologize for being long winded. It was GREAT.
WoT, your the man! keep it up! long winded my ass.
The fact that you illustrate how things might be different given altered parameters allow less educated players context for your reasoning. So please continue to be long winded.

Yo Grandhustl3 here.
First off I can't remember this session at all, and secondly my deep game sux majorly.
I was shocked that I didn't bet the A on the turn with the pair+flushdraw in the limped pot.
Also hate my J2 call a bunch.. Think I just leveled myself in that spot, I have seen Omgfire make some valuebets that I think is entirely too thin in the past, so I prolly figured I was splitting a lot, but its bad no matter what.
I think I'm playing way too nitty and straightforward (and pretty far from my 100bb deep game), but ohhjoy has given me a lot of problems on the deep tables in the past so think I was struggling a bit tbh.
Nice vid tho

Just to clarify:
Hero was in the SB and called, BU limped ![]()
That might change your thoughts about the hand. However, i definitely prefer raising preflop.
edit: i just saw you realized that. nevermind then...
First hand with JJ where you say our hand ranged is capped, I can see a good number of people playing AK without a heart and weak aces the same way except then hero would call the river so I'm not too worried about letting JJ go to a river bet. At higher stakes against good players what do you think about trying to show up with a set here sometimes so that we can have a stronger range and villain can't auto fire at us as much? This board isn't good for it but if it was something like A95r and we have a set?
Shortly after hero folds 33 to a cbet on a K88 flop and you say it's too weak even though two overcards have 40% equity on the flop. I'd fold it too because I think I'm getting called here a lot and I don't think a river bluff here is credible anymore against even a decent reg if we get counterfeited and plus we just showed down that JJ hand on the failed river bluff.
Plz do more vids you're one of the only instructors who goes through hand ranges and what if scenarios.
Just finished the video and I think it's the best one I've seen in a while and one of your best so I'd try to replicate whatever weird thing you had going on. Your explanations are long winded but I think that's what people really need right? Also this isn't meant to be taken as an insult or compliment just fwiw, but I happened to agree with your thought process and decisions in the video in every hand except 1 (the 33 hand). Just thought it's kind of weird since there's usually at least a few hands I disagree with other people about in other videos.

we'd rather play AK with a heart this way than AK no heart.
and sure, weak aces could play this way and could call the river, but remember there's virtually no difference between TPNK and JJ here.
this is one of those spots where imo the best way to stay balanced is just being willing to click the call button with weaker hands as opposed to using strong hands to play weakly.
Glad you liked the video. I really felt like I was off my game in this video because I was just told that day that my soon to be born child might have a birth defect (had an ultrasound to prep for the friday planned birth) so my mind wasn't wanting to focus so I had to pause the video and refocus a few times. As it turned out, the ultrasound showed a false-positive and the baby was perfectly healthy so I ran good at life there.
WoT
congrats! hope the baby still leaves you enough spare time for more viedos ;-)
